Outside of work, Chrissy is a devoted mother of two and a proud grandmother of two. Her journey from educator to entrepreneur reflects her adaptability and dedication to lifelong learning—qualities she brings into every aspect of her work.
Doug Wilburn
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder
Doug brings over 20 years of experience in the AV and IT industry to his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). A seasoned expert in all aspects of AV projects, he is a certified Crestron and Extron programmer and one of an elite group of approximately 600 professionals worldwide to hold all three AVIXA certifications: CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS-D (Design), and CTS-I (Installation).
Doug’s deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise ensure the seamless delivery of innovative AV solutions tailored to client needs. His leadership and dedication to quality have been integral to the success of countless projects.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and son, pursuing his private pilot certificate, and capturing moments through photography. His adventurous spirit and commitment to excellence define both his professional and personal pursuits.
Jason Miller
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Co-Founder
Jason serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversees day-to-day operations, optimizes internal processes, and drives strategic growth initiatives.
Jason’s career in the industry began at the age of 16 when he joined his father’s company, Metropolitan Telephone Contractors (Metrotel), a data communications firm. In 2009, he assumed leadership of Metrotel and successfully grew the company. In 2013, he co-founded Edge while continuing to manage Metrotel. After selling Metrotel in 2018, Jason stayed on as a Project Manager and continues to work there alongside his role at Edge. His ability to balance both companies has been instrumental in their ongoing success and growth.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife, Chrissy, as well as riding his Harley and spending time with his two grown children and two grandchildren.
